The City of Cupertino turned to SimpliGov to modernize internal workflows across its 200-plus employees and more than a dozen divisions. Staff were spending too much time hunting for forms, approvals, and documents, and the city’s existing digital forms setup was not user-friendly for non-technical employees or easy to track in one place.
SimpliGov provided a template library, no-code workflow automation, and integrations with SharePoint and the city’s document management system to streamline form creation, routing, and storage. The result was 2,000 hours of staff time saved per month, errors eliminated across more than a dozen workflows, and a faster way to launch future processes through templating and cloning.
