L'Occitane, a global leader in natural beauty (including Melvita and Erborian) with some 30,000 wholesale locations and field teams across France and Benelux, struggled with slow, inconsistent reporting: Field Teams doubled their workload creating PowerPoint visit reports, HQ lacked standardized, consolidated data and couldn’t easily segment communications or make timely, data-driven decisions. SimpliField was selected to address these gaps.

SimpliField deployed its mobile app — including a Visual Merchandising module, digital reporting, automations and role-based analytics — to centralize visit reporting, photos, communications and scheduling. As a result SimpliField cut reporting time by 50%, reduced internal emails by about 100/month, improved sales by 1–3% after one year through better UPT and conversion, and gave HQ and field teams aligned, actionable insights for faster, higher-value retail execution.
