International Ready-to-Wear Fashion Company, an international ready-to-wear fashion brand and contemporary art exhibitor with 28 stores across France and the U.S.A., faced major disruption from COVID-19: in-person visits were impossible, store teams struggled to centralize and communicate new safety and hygiene norms, and Store Directors were overwhelmed. The brand chose SimpliField to digitally transform team communications and operations, using the SimpliField app for reporting, merchandising audits and Template Library–based training.
Using SimpliField, the company rolled out a Daily Reopening Checklist and a Store Cleanliness Checklist in the app to centralize training, reporting and KPIs, enabling HQ and stores to share feedback, assign and track actions, and monitor compliance remotely. The SimpliField solution improved visibility over store operations, supported a safe, optimized reopening of all U.S.A. stores, drove strong engagement (about 140 reports on average submitted during the reopening period) and gave managers the realtime data needed to guarantee compliance.
