Nokia, together with its Withings subsidiary, tasked its Field Team of Regional Managers in France—covering specialist retailers like Darty, Fnac and Boulanger—with reporting on store operations, merchandising and competitors across hundreds of locations. Reporting was slow and fragmented across email chains and Excel files, leaving managers with poor visibility, no standardized data and limited ability to make timely, store-level decisions.
