Simpleview worked with Visit Frederick to consolidate all assets into one place, reduce 217 folders to 18 categories, remove duplicate files, and add keyword-based searching with categories and subcategories. The result was a searchable, cloud-backed system that saved internal server space, cut image-finding time from days to minutes, and helped the team identify content gaps for future photography. Visit Frederick also gained an easier way to share curated collections with designers and journalists, improving efficiency and reducing time and cost.
