Scottsdale CVB, a long-time Simpleview CRM customer, explored switching to Software Management Inc.’s D3000 platform to gain more customization and functionality. However, after more than a year of transition, the CVB found that many capabilities they expected were treated as added scope, including core functionality, support, and training.
Following Simpleview’s acquisition of SMI, Scottsdale CVB reevaluated its options and chose to return to the Simpleview CRM platform. Working closely with the Simpleview team, the CVB identified features that better fit its needs and improved daily efficiency. The result was a stronger partnership with Simpleview, supported by ongoing meetings, training, and onsite visits that helped the CVB maximize operations, though no specific numeric metrics were provided.
