A Simpleview Case Study
Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) partnered with Simpleview after launching Simpleview CRM in 2013 and opening its partner extranet in 2014. Although the bureau saw an early peak of 218 logins, usage quickly dropped to as low as 67 logins in June and July, leaving Sacramento CVB concerned about low partner adoption and engagement with the platform.
To improve participation, Simpleview helped Sacramento CVB rebrand the extranet as “SPIN” (Sacramento Partner Information Network), launch it at a mixer event, and support it with email campaigns, login reminders, training, and ongoing partner tasks. The effort drove a major increase in usage, averaging 573 logins per month after launch and peaking at 983 logins in February 2015, a 350% increase from the earlier peak.
