Rochester Convention and Visitors Bureau (Rochester CVB) worked with Simpleview to increase destination awareness and drive more visits to Rochester, Minnesota. The challenge was to reach regional travelers in the bureau’s target drive market with a campaign that could effectively promote 2014 travel and generate measurable engagement.
Simpleview, using its Search Engine Marketing and Creative services, helped develop and execute the “Love, Rochester” multi-channel online marketing campaign, informed by audience research and A/B testing. The campaign blended PPC, display, TripAdvisor, Facebook, email, and a themed landing page, and it delivered 45,982 click-throughs, 934 conversions, and strong email performance, exceeding traffic and conversion goals while generating 9,726 Facebook clicks.
