meetNKY, the Northern Kentucky CVB, had recently completed a rebrand and needed a website that would reflect its new identity while giving the team more control over updates. Their previous agency-built site was costly to edit, and they also wanted to clearly establish their own location and brand identity as a destination near Cincinnati. Simpleview provided a CRM/CMS integrated website solution to help meet those needs.
Simpleview redesigned the site using the updated branding, fresh photography, and new content, while also adding microsites for CVB members, social media integration, and a practical map to help visitors understand the destination. As a result, meetNKY regained internal control over site edits, improved navigation and responsiveness, and benefited from CRM/CMS efficiencies that supported budgeting and listings data. The new site also helped meetNKY earn a 2016 Gold Hermes Creative Award in the Tourism category.
