Kissimmee Bolsters Extranet Users with Education Initiative

Experience Kissimmee, the official DMO for Kissimmee, Florida, needed to streamline its internal processes and improve the quality and consistency of its customer data as it worked toward DMAI accreditation. With a newly guided leadership team, the organization turned to Simpleview and its CRM and extranet platform to better support visitors, partners, and staff.

Simpleview provided regional and on-site training, extranet training for partners, and knowledge base resources to help Experience Kissimmee clean up its CRM, organize accounts, and improve usage across the team. The DMO also launched a “Learn Over Lunch” campaign to engage partners in the new extranet. As a result, the database became cleaner and more intuitive, extranet engagement in the first five months of 2016 surpassed all of 2015, and Experience Kissimmee earned DMAI accreditation.
