Kansas Tourism partnered with Simpleview to improve how it presented and maintained visitor maps across its website and mobile experiences. The DMO wanted to replace a large number of PDF maps that were time-consuming to update and instead offer interactive maps that could support blog content, road trips, persona-based journeys, and other visitor planning needs.
Using Simpleview’s Map Publisher, Kansas Tourism created customizable interactive maps with points of interest, flexible stop options, and branding that matched its site. The solution made map updates faster and easier, expanded content opportunities, and helped drive more listing views; the team also grew from a couple of maps to more than 30.
