Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, a Kentucky destination marketing organization, needed a CRM that better fit its tourism-focused workflow. Their existing CRM was no longer meeting their needs, and Executive Director Vicki Fitch began looking for an industry-specific solution after hearing positive feedback from peer DMOs about Simpleview CRM.
Bowling Green implemented Simpleview CRM in June 2015 and later adopted Simpleview’s CMS as well. By January 2017, Simpleview reported 538 clients overall, including 371 CRM customers and 205 CMS customers, underscoring the broader impact of its DMO-focused platform.
