Guam Visitors Bureau partnered with Simpleview to strengthen its international tourism marketing and improve the experience for staff, partners, and visitors. The bureau needed a more integrated approach to manage multilingual content, support global audiences, and better promote Guam across U.S., Asian, and European markets, using tools like CRM and CMS.

Simpleview implemented an integrated CRM/CMS solution, along with SEM services, website creative, translation tools, and a mobile-responsive site for VisitGuam.com. The results were strong: organic traffic rose 69% after launch, average session duration increased 88%, page sessions grew 53%, and bounce rate improved 21% on organic in 2014. By 2016, sessions were up 95%, users 82.5%, pageviews 139%, and organic sessions 202% versus 2013, while referrals to partner sites increased 95% in 2015.
