CMS and Website Advertising Integration

Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) needed a digital advertising solution that could generate revenue to support other marketing efforts while their website was being transitioned to Simpleview’s CMS. The CVB wanted a platform that would also give local members and partners more exposure across their destination website.

Simpleview implemented Destination Travel Network (DTN) alongside the new CMS, working with CVB staff and advertisers to plan placements such as spotlight banners, featured listings, page sponsorships, and mobile banners. The result was a successful launch in early 2014, with Albuquerque CVB generating ongoing monthly revenue, about 13 million advertising impressions, and roughly 17,000 clicks to advertiser websites.
