Oklahoma City Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) partnered with Simpleview to address an aging website that hadn’t been meaningfully redesigned since 2007. The old site was restrictive, difficult to manage, hurt SEO efforts, used a confusing navigation structure, and relied on two separate databases that caused outdated and inconsistent information.
Simpleview conducted a page-by-page review of the existing site and delivered a redesigned website supported by new CRM and CMS tools. The new VisitOKC.com better reflects Oklahoma City’s identity, is easier to navigate and update, and has driven measurable gains, including a 53% increase in unique visits from December 2011 to July 2012.
