Why Milestone Church Uses Text Messages to Engage Its Youth Ministry

Milestone Church, led by Pastor Jeff Little, needed a scalable way to welcome and engage first‑time and youth attendees—particularly the hundreds who come to its weekly Elevate student service—and to capture guest information and drive repeat attendance. They implemented SimpleTexting’s SMS platform, using keywords and automated messaging to replace paper forms and reach people where they communicate most.

With SimpleTexting, Milestone uses keywords like ELEVATE to send a Google Form to first‑time guests, plus automated reminder campaigns and other keywords (BAPTISM, SPOTIFY) to extend engagement.
