The YMCA of South Hampton Roads needed a no-code text messaging solution that would integrate with its new SuperSaaS class reservation system to help manage capacity limits during COVID and replace impersonal booking messages. They chose SimpleTexting and used its Zapier integration to connect their booking software without custom development.
SimpleTexting sends automatic, immediate booking confirmation texts and time-sensitive alerts (class reminders, closures, childcare info) and provides an SMS inbox where staff can route and assign conversations. As a result, members get a confirmation text as soon as a booking is made—reducing confusion and enabling faster two-way support—improving the member experience and streamlining YMCA of South Hampton Roads’ communications.
