Life Is Beautiful is a three-day music, art and food festival in Downtown Las Vegas that had grown a subscriber list of over 200,000 but was limited by their previous SMS provider: they could only reach about 21% of their list at once and lacked one-on-one messaging and analytics. To solve this, Life Is Beautiful switched to SimpleTexting and pursued a dedicated short code and platform services to scale their SMS program.
SimpleTexting provisioned a dedicated short code (75787), handled carrier provisioning and API integration, and provided MMS, two-way Inbox messaging and analytics; as a result Life Is Beautiful’s delivery rate jumped from 21% to 98% (a 366% increase), texts now drive roughly 25% of ticket sales, and the festival can message its entire audience within minutes while managing opt-outs and segments more effectively.
