XING SE, a premier business networking and career-services company based in Hamburg, needed a more scalable way to manage Macs and iOS devices across multiple locations. Their existing process relied on many manual steps, making deployments harder to standardize and slowing down the setup of new Macs.

With SimpleMDM, XING unified device deployment through Apple DEP, Apple VPP, Munki, and custom configuration profiles, while also using the SimpleMDM API and webhooks for reporting and alerts. The result was a much faster, more automated rollout: new Mac deployments dropped from more than 30 minutes to under 10, helping XING move closer to touchless deployment and improve device management efficiency.
