The customer, Greene King, faced the challenge of opening a difficult conversation around diversity and inclusion within its workforce. The goal was to remove the fear of difference and inspire cultural change. To achieve this, Greene King partnered with the vendor Simon Greene Associates (SGA) to create a film.

SGA developed a powerful film titled "I’m not prejudiced but…" featuring real Greene King employees sharing their personal experiences with prejudice. The vendor used innovative techniques to make interviewees comfortable and incorporated locally-sourced actors to ask thought-provoking questions. The resulting film had a hugely positive impact, becoming a key part of Greene King's ongoing journey to foster a fully inclusive workplace culture where all team members feel valued.
