By integrating with Simon Data, Cratejoy unified their data, built a single customer view, and used Simon’s journey and event-triggered flows to segment users and send personalized emails (notably for on-site gift purchases), driving a 20x increase in new account creations and enabling automated workflows so the team could focus on delivering meaningful customer experiences.
