SeatGeek, the live entertainment platform, needed a better way to promote thousands of smaller Tier 2 events without relying on slow, manual audience-building workflows. With so many events, fan signals, and timing decisions to manage, its audience marketing team struggled to match the right fans to the right events fast enough, especially for niche shows where interest patterns were harder to predict.

SeatGeek worked with Simon AI to implement AI-powered propensity scoring and agentic audience building using Simon AI Agents, AI Personas, and AI Moments. The system continuously evaluated fan-event combinations, assembled high-propensity audiences, and activated campaigns in Iterable without manual rebuilds. The result was a 70% increase in gross transaction value per contact, while 7.1% of each market was targeted weekly with high-propensity recommendations across three test markets.
