Resort Condominium International (RCI), the world’s largest timeshare exchange and leisure travel company, wanted to move beyond basic website personalization. While RCI was already using a few profile attributes like language, membership type, and tier level, it needed a richer personalization strategy across its website and better customer data for service reps. Simon AI provided the Simon CDP and Audience API to help power this effort.

Simon AI’s Audience API now pulls customer profile information and segment data into RCI’s data layer every time a member logs in, supporting personalized website content and next-best-action recommendations across the site. RCI is using 20 customer profile variables and the system is queried 50K to 100K times daily. Since launching in 2021, RCI has generated $13MM in revenue from direct bookings via personalized website content and seen a 4.5% increase in bookings from its “Not Likely To Book” segments.
