BARK, the dog products and subscription brand, needed a better way to manage rapidly growing customer data after the pandemic. With Simon AI, BARK built customer 360 profiles, created detailed segments based on transaction history, subscription status, allergies, and preferences, and automated targeted lifecycle and Add-to-Box campaigns. The results were significant: BARK said Simon AI saved the team 2.5 hours per email, Add-to-Box revenue grew from $1.1 million in 2019 to $40.8 million in 2023, and email and SMS now drive 20% of revenue.
