SentMap needed a real-time sentiment-based market analytics engine to help portfolio managers cut through the firehose of financial news and quickly understand bullish or bearish trends. Simform was brought in to build a scalable backend and frontend system that could ingest and process thousands of news sources, while also supporting custom financial visualizations and 3D charts for fast decision-making.

Simform implemented a real-time architecture using Azure Event Hubs, Node.js, ExpressJS, BackboneJS, and three.js, along with treemapping algorithms for advanced visual reporting. The result was a scalable analytics engine that delivered processed news insights in real time, improved user experience through asynchronous data syncing, and was optimized to handle up to 1M concurrent users with reduced server RAM requirements.
