Northern Trust, a global investment management and banking firm, needed a better way to deliver highly personalized client communications while speeding up report production and improving response times. Its investment operations outsourcing team evaluated alternatives for client reports, fact sheets, marketing materials, presentations, and pitch books, and chose SimCorp Coric from SimCorp as the platform to support these needs.

SimCorp implemented SimCorp Coric as an integrated global client reporting and marketing communications solution, with a nine-month rollout and training for business users. The platform enabled Northern Trust to reduce reliance on IT, automate reporting workflows, improve consistency and personalization, and deliver reports earlier in the cycle. The first phase covered two middle-office clients handling 65 monthly and 20 quarterly report runs, with the system now supporting broader client onboarding and lower operational risk and costs.
