User-Driven Document Creation through the Silvervine and GhostDraft Integration

Silvervine partnered with GhostDraft to address a common insurer pain point: creating, managing and updating policy forms, declaration pages, memos and customer communications quickly without heavy IT involvement. Silvervine users needed a way to support multiple product lines (personal auto, homeowners, motorcycle, watercraft, dwelling/fire, claims, etc.), handle notifications and payment communications, and bring new products to market faster while preserving existing documents.

The integrated Silvervine–GhostDraft solution provides a seamless migration path and a current-system integration that exposes Silvervine data to GhostDraft. Authors can design and test documents in GhostDraft Studio independently, using prebuilt document domain models and supporting batch, on‑demand and interactive/data‑capture documents. Delivered with training, a custom domain model and an ISO starter set, the integration delivers faster time-to-market, greater in-house control of forms and communications, and reduced reliance on technical resources.
