The third-party system was not mobile-responsive, diverted users away from their website, and was difficult to update. To modernize the experience for their global audience, Delphi partnered with vendor SilverTech for a custom development project on the Progress Sitefinity platform.

SilverTech's solution involved a comprehensive process of technical discovery, architecture, and development. They designed and built a new multi-lingual catalog integrating data from TecDoc and JnpSoft APIs, featuring personalized regional filters and 3D part imagery. The result was a user-friendly, easily managed catalog that enhanced the customer experience for Delphi's global clientele.
