BankMobile Leverages SilverCloud to Improve Customer Experience within Digital Channel

BankMobile, a digital-only banking platform and division of Customers Bank, was looking to improve customer relationships and the overall digital experience while answering common FAQs without adding burden to frontline staff or subject matter experts. It turned to SilverCloud Inc. and its Consumer Enablement solution to create a better self-service support experience across its digital channels.

SilverCloud Inc. implemented a digital support center that integrated with BankMobile’s online and mobile banking channels, enabling customers to find answers quickly and reducing pressure on the call center. The results were strong: SilverCloud instantly resolved more than 1,100 customer questions per week, or about 4,400 per month, and helped BankMobile save an average of $22,045 per month without increasing headcount.
