Silver Creek Software Data Model Keeps Loffredo Fresh Produce Flexible

Loffredo Fresh Produce, a multi-generation produce distributor and manufacturer, needed a flexible, modern accounting and order-management system that could integrate with specialized inventory, routing and warehouse systems across several regional facilities. To replace an aging IBM system they selected Silver Creek Software’s Visual Produce, seeking a solution that would adapt as their business and technology needs evolved.

Silver Creek Software implemented Visual Produce and worked closely with Loffredo’s IT team to build integrations with the WMS, routing software, SQL reporting and Visual Internet/EDI. The result was far greater automation of order and work‑order processing—about 50% of customers now order online or via EDI—elimination of spreadsheet-based workflows, and scalable support for more than 300% growth in volume and five regional warehouses. Silver Creek Software’s ongoing support also sped problem resolution and allowed Loffredo to keep expanding without operational disruption.
