A Sigstr Case Study
The Indiana Pacers needed a way to turn ambiguous sponsorship value into measurable ROI to sell corporate partnerships more effectively. To do that, the Pacers adopted Sigstr’s email-signature marketing platform and campaign design services to deliver hyper-customized, trackable sponsor placements across employee email.
Using Sigstr, the Pacers rolled out 175 users with clickable call-to-action banners (including a Kroger Opening Night banner) and leveraged Sigstr’s customer success design package. In six days the campaign generated 53,000 views and 228 clicks, helping Kroger sign to retain Opening Night for 2017–18; nine more campaigns later produced 300,000 views and 1,300 clicks. Sigstr’s dynamic signatures and real-time metrics gave the Pacers concrete sponsorship measurements and improved productivity in demonstrating sponsor ROI.
