Chicago Poetry Festival Gives Youth a Voice

Young Chicago Authors organizes the annual *Louder Than a Bomb* youth poetry festival and other literary programs, but coordinating the event requires hundreds of volunteers each winter. To manage the complex scheduling and recruitment, the organization turned to SignUpGenius, using its online sign-up tools to organize judges, merchandise staff, and other roles.

With SignUpGenius, Young Chicago Authors could easily create sign ups for multiple dates and locations, share them on social media, and send targeted email and text reminders to volunteers.
