Mojo Bar - Customer Case Study

Mojo Bar, an independent bar chain, sought to create a unique multisensory experience to differentiate its customer experience. Its existing in-house digital signage platform was insufficient to achieve its vision. The company selected the SignStix digital signage platform to overcome this challenge and integrate its systems with Spotify and Twitter.

SignStix implemented its cloud-based platform and Node-Red integration service to create a data-driven solution. The digital signage now displays real-time Spotify data, including currently playing tracks and album artwork, alongside Twitter interactions and promotional content. This resulted in a more engaging customer experience, significantly reduced management time for updating content across multiple sites, and led to greater support from brand partners for product placement.
