Karndean Designflooring partnered with SignStix to revolutionize its in-store retail experience. The challenge was to create a new, engaging, and inspirational concept called Karndean Inspire Studios that would help customers choose the right flooring for their homes through personalization and interactive technology.

The solution, developed using the SignStix platform and API, centered on an interactive Place 'n' Learn playtable. Flooring samples with RFID tags triggered specific digital content when placed on the table, guiding shoppers on a personalized exploratory journey. SignStix's tools also powered a digital media wall, giving Karndean complete control over all digital touchpoints. This successful concept, installed in the company's showroom and eight retail stockists, has led to a planned rollout across a further ten stores.
