The Learning Experience, a nationwide early education and childcare provider, came to Signpost with two main challenges: capturing parent feedback at the location level and replacing a less effective email marketing vendor with a more automated, centralized way to manage customer data and communications. They needed a solution for newsletters, event invitations, and better insight into parent sentiment across locations.
Signpost addressed these needs with its AI-driven CRM, which automatically collected phone and email information on-site and used machine learning to trigger reviews, NPS surveys, feedback requests, and loyalty offers. The results included more than 44,000 customer contact records, over 6,800 feedback responses, 659 positive reviews, and 150+ offer claims, generating meaningful conversion value for The Learning Experience.
