Despite being physically empty, rooms often appeared booked in their Outlook calendar due to meetings that were cancelled but not updated, leading to confusion and interrupted meetings. This prompted them to seek a digital signage solution from vendor Sign In Workspace to visualize room availability and gain a proper overview.

The solution implemented by Sign In Workspace involved installing iPads with Pronestor Display outside each conference room. This system provided a real-time overview, allowed for on-screen booking, and featured a key confirmation function that automatically liberated rooms if a meeting was not confirmed. As a direct result, LanguageWire optimized room usage, eliminated no-shows, and was even able to remove one conference room from their real estate, achieving significant operational efficiency.
