How Carnegie Bank reduced their manual workload related to meetings and room bookings

Carnegie Bank needed a better overview of meeting facilities and wanted to reduce the manual work involved in meeting planning. The bank also needed a solution that would support professional client meetings and fit smoothly with Microsoft Outlook, after a previous competitor product had not worked out.

Sign In Workspace, using Pronestor Planner, implemented a system that let employees book meeting rooms and resources directly from Outlook, while automatically routing catering details to the kitchen and giving reception, IT, and accounts better visibility. The result was less workload for reception, full overview of rooms and meetings, easier reporting, and a rollout that was quickly completed with minor adjustments; around 100 users are reported to be very satisfied with the solution.
