EuroCloud accelerates approval process and ensures EU compliance with SigningHub

EuroCloud, a pan‑European non-profit that promotes a Digital Single Market and represents board members and member companies across 30 countries, needed a secure, eIDAS‑compliant e‑signing solution to speed up and simplify its dispersed document approval process. After evaluating market options, EuroCloud selected SigningHub (SigningHub by Ascertia) to meet requirements for EU eIDAS compliance, mobile signing, access control and ease of use.

SigningHub was deployed to provide each user with a unique signing key, PDF/A support for long‑term preservation, workflow tracking, notifications and a mobile app for on‑the‑move approvals. As a result, EuroCloud immediately reported a much faster, more efficient and fully EU‑compliant approval workflow—board members can sign via mobile devices, document owners can track sign‑off progress, and approval time has been reduced significantly.
