Port of Bilbao modernizes lighting with Signify’s 1,000+ connected LED floodlights

The Port of Bilbao, a major transport and logistics hub, sought to modernize its lighting to reduce energy costs, simplify management, and improve safety for workers and visitors. To address this challenge, they partnered with Signify for a connected LED lighting solution.

Signify implemented a system of over 1,000 connected Philips ClearFlood LED floodlights, all managed by its Interact City software. This solution allows for remote control and group management of all lighting via a single dashboard, improving visibility and uniformity while avoiding light pollution across the port, railway platform, and dry dock.
