Naava Group OY transforms Helsinki office with Signify’s 3 smart lighting systems

Naava Group OY, a Finland-based green wall manufacturer, sought to create a headquarters and showroom in Helsinki focused on biophilic design and employee well-being. Their challenge was to design a space where staff would leave feeling refreshed and energetic, which they aimed to achieve partly through human-centric lighting. They partnered with lighting vendor Signify to implement this vision.

Signify's solution for Naava incorporated its NatureConnect panel set to adapt with the circadian rhythm, changing color temperature throughout the day. The space was also equipped with two smart systems: Interact Pro for facility management and Philips Hue for users. General lighting was renewed with 3D printed spots, and Luminous Textile was used to create a dynamic forest effect. This human-centric, biophilic approach resulted in an office environment that enhances occupant well-being and energy levels throughout the workday.
