The Central Criminal Courts of Ireland faced an aging and failing lighting system that no longer met compliance standards. They required a complete upgrade to restore compliance and operational reliability, with the critical requirement of zero downtime or disruption to the court's operation and security throughout the installation process. After reviewing multiple proposals, they selected a solution from Signify via Eclipse Integration.

Eclipse Integration implemented a Signify Dynalite control system combined with an ABB DALI emergency lighting solution. This turnkey project was delivered with a modular, overnight installation approach that guaranteed zero downtime. The final installation included 1,600 control devices and 2,900 emergency lighting units, achieving full regulatory compliance and providing a graphical interface for real-time monitoring. The system also prepared the building's infrastructure for a future upgrade of over 6,200 additional DALI lighting points.
