MyInvestor registers 180,000 customers 100% digitally with Signicat

MyInvestor, a digital bank operating in Spain, needed a secure and efficient digital identity and signature verification solution to integrate into its online account opening process. The challenge was to offer a fast, multi-channel, and seamless customer onboarding experience that would meet regulatory requirements and minimize drop-out rates. To address this, they partnered with vendor Signicat for their ID Document and Biometric verification and Electronic Signing API services.

Signicat implemented its video identification solution and Advanced Electronic Signature to enable a fully digital and compliant onboarding process. As a result, MyInvestor successfully registered more than 180,000 customers 100% digitally since 2017. The close collaboration with Signicat's support team also led to continuous improvements in the process, further optimizing the user experience and reducing abandonment rates.
