ZenEquity is a digital platform that helps middle-stage startups issue and manage employee stock options (ESOPs) for teams of roughly 200–1,000 people. Because ESOPs involve large volumes of sensitive, compliance-heavy paperwork that must be signed before workflows can proceed, ZenEquity needed an embedded eSignature solution rather than building one in-house — so they chose Signeasy and its API.

Using the Signeasy API, ZenEquity implemented embedded signing so grant letters are generated as PDFs, sent to Signeasy, and signed by employees inside a pop-up within ZenEquity’s interface — a one-click experience that completes the workflow.
