PC Futures Ltd, a web- and app-based IT firm in Suffolk, was asked by client Barton Electrical to solve chronic delays caused by paper timesheets and back-and-forth documentation. The manual process led to lost, damaged or misfiled documents, slow invoicing and delayed payments, so PC Futures selected Signeasy’s e-signature app and custom templates to give engineers a simple mobile way to capture, annotate and sign work orders on-site.

PC Futures loaded custom templates into the Signeasy app on engineers’ iPads, enabling live annotations, photos, timestamps and offline signing; completed forms are emailed to accounts and saved to Dropbox immediately. Using Signeasy eliminated damaged or lost paperwork, provided visit timestamps for HR control, and cut invoicing time from a week to near real-time—saving money, streamlining back-office work and improving overall efficiency.
