K Real Estate achieves paperless workflows with Signeasy

K Real Estate, a residential property group based in Motueka, New Zealand, faced a heavy administrative burden from wet-ink signatures for appraisals, agency agreements and contracts. Printing, signing, scanning and emailing documents was clunky for clients (missing ink, broken scanners, photos of signed pages), and the COVID-19 shutdown pushed the firm to adopt an eSignature solution. They selected Signeasy’s eSignature platform to replace their paper-based process.

Signeasy’s mobile-first eSignature software allowed K Real Estate to move the majority of signing to tablets and smartphones (about 70% of documents), provide legally binding signatures with audit trails for compliance, and drastically speed up transactions (the team called it “100 times faster”). As a result, K Real Estate achieved a largely paperless workflow, removed many in-person signings and hard-copy brochures, and improved client experience and document traceability.
