JK Group reduces inter-office travel and boosts operational efficiency with SignEasy

JK Group, owner of Ergoline — the #1 tanning bed supplier for professional salons — faced slow, paper‑based approval workflows: managers spread across three German locations often traveled, so collecting wet signatures took three to four days and sometimes required driving or mailing documents. Banks also would not accept scanned signatures, forcing hand delivery for some transactions. To address this, JK Group implemented Signeasy’s eSignature solution, including its mobile app and downloadable audit trail.

Signeasy rolled out initially to three users and quickly expanded to 15 seats across managing directors, board members, assistants and R&D. The Signeasy mobile app lets managers sign on trains and airplanes, cutting multi‑day sign‑off cycles and eliminating many in‑person deliveries; the audit trail enabled email submissions acceptable to the bank for many procedures. The change removed long drives (500 km) for purchase orders, streamlined fleet and lease approvals, and prompted plans to broaden Signeasy usage company‑wide, with responsive support cited as a key benefit.
