LetsVenture, India’s largest marketplace for startup investing and funding, needed to digitize the large volume of legally binding documents its platform and its MyStartupEquity ESOP tool generate. To replace slow, in-person signing and scale HR workflows, LetsVenture selected Signeasy and its eSigning API (including node SDK and webhooks) for its documentation, pricing, ease of integration, and responsive support.

By embedding the Signeasy API directly into MyStartupEquity, recipients can click “sign now” inside the product, add signatures/initials/dates, and receive a stored PDF and email notification—no leaving the platform. Signeasy’s integration let HR manage hundreds of signings with a single click, made signatures legally binding, and improved the customer experience “two to three times better,” while eliminating physical paperwork and speeding up deal execution.
