Glass City Academy, led by Director Stewart B. Jesse, faced a heavy administrative burden from routine paperwork—especially staff leave requests that were filled out on paper, handed in, routed through multiple people and often took days to complete. To eliminate this bottleneck Stewart chose the Signeasy app from the App Store to move signature workflows online and simplify daily operations.

Signeasy enabled staff to submit PDF leave forms electronically, allowed Stewart to sign and email approvals from his iPad, and forward them to the treasurer and employee instantly. Using Signeasy reduced a multi-day process to about 30 seconds–one minute per request, created reliable electronic records, made the workplace mobile, and saved Glass City Academy and its staff significant time.
