CVUSD digitizes signing workflows with Signeasy

The Covina-Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) faced an urgent need to move all in-person paper workflows online when COVID-19 forced school closures. CVUSD selected Signeasy’s eSignatures because they needed a solution that could be implemented immediately with little to no training—summed up by their challenge: “everyone is remote tomorrow!”—to keep payroll, board documents and routine paperwork flowing.

Signeasy enabled CVUSD to digitize signatures across multiple departments, using features like template links for student registration and guest signing for external partners. The district now uses Signeasy for payroll forms, attendance tracking, W-4s, IEPs, board materials and more, virtually eliminating hard-copy paperwork, supporting documents that require 10+ signers, and allowing parents and outside signers to complete forms without creating accounts.
