Cleartrip, one of India’s leading online travel marketplace companies, was struggling to improve its hotel partner onboarding process as it expanded its hotels business in West Asia. Long 12-page contracts, missing mandatory details, slow turnaround times, and paper-based tracking were making the process time-consuming for its partner relations team.

Using Signeasy’s Templates and signing workflow, the team created contracts more quickly, tracked status in real time, and stored signed documents in one place; in just over 3 months, it sent out over 8000 contracts for signature, and approximately 50% of the contracts were created using the Templates feature.
